 Thank you for your recent purchase at LER!
We hope you love your new items, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we do accept returns.

Refunds (if applicable):
Please contact us at loveellisrose@gmail.com to organise a Refund/ Return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 business days. If rejected, we will send you a store credit via email.

Please contact us at loveellisrose@gmail.com to organise an Exchange.If you are wanting to exchange for a different size, please return your item as soon as possible following our return guide (including completed return form). Once we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit via email. Your store credit can then be used to order a new size or any other desired items. 
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed & unstained, with all tags attached.  
  • Any ‘SALE’ items cannot be returned.  
  • Due to hygiene concerns we cannot accept the following items
    as returns: swimwear, jewellery, sunglasses, hair accessories & hats. 
  • Other non-refundable items include: Gift Cards & downloadable software products. 
  • The customer is responsible for any return/exchange postage costs (unless agreed upon by a customer service representative).

Please note, if you have paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of the shipping when we receive your return unless accepted by a customer service representative via email.

 Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only.
Domestic deliveries: For regular AusPost shipping please allow 2-7 business days depending on delivery location. Domestic Express Post shipping delivery estimate is 1-3 business days. 
International deliveries: For regular AusPost international shipping please allow 7-20 business days depending on delivery location. International Express Post shipping estimate is 7-12 business days. Please note, some international services are currently suspended due to COVID-19 disruptions.  
*Certain parcel deliveries are being delayed by major COVID-19 disruptions. For all domestic deliveries, please wait until 15 business days after expected delivery date before making a late item enquiry.*
